VR hi i just did it yesterday, drip time can be adjusted , the idea is drip the kalkwasser over nite to not affect seriously the ph but i will test it tonite... or at least this week about refill... that depends... can last from one night to several days if you want Link to comment

sayn3ver Posted February 9, 2009 Share Posted February 9, 2009 nice. you should consider adding a top with a resealable removable lid as lime water when exposed to the co2 in air will become weaker and or totally neutralized (not overnight of course but if one was to build one similar but larger to hold a weeks worth or so).
