ReefKing
I bought the RSM back in mid November. I added about 42lbs of live rocks (Marshall and Indonesian) that I bought from a fellow reefer (He had the rocks in his tank for 2 years). Also, added about 60lbs of seeded live sand and seeded water from my 125g tank at home. I regret not taking prior pictures. My mods are Tunze 9002, Stevie-t's special cup and media rack, back fan, and K2. I also changed the light bulbs earlier today. Here are my livestocks: 2 Australian black perc Yellow watchman goby Emerald crab Assorted CUC Pink monti cap Valentine day massacre paly PD paly Nuc green paly Strawberry shortcake zoa Red acan Duncans Green mushrooms Devil's armor Paly Purple Heart zoa Kyptonite candy cane Red Yuma Red Blasto Frogspawn Dendro Atlantis hot pink chalice Garf purple Bonsai RPE Blue Tubs GSP Red Mushrooms I'm upgrading the lights to Current Outer Orbit 150watt HQI with 4 X 24 watt T5 HO next month or so. mrnugget
Looks great! I feel like I'm falling behind..... What is your care and feeding routine? Your coral mix is similar to what I eventually want to have in mine... Link to comment
ReefKing
Thanks Nugget! Your tank looks awesome as well. You should't feel like you're falling behind. I only have a stocked tank because I cheated by adding established live rocks, seeded live sand and water. I didn't want to wait the cycle since the tank is in my office and I wanted it to look established asap. Care and feeding routine: test and change my water every week. rinse the sponge every week Blow the debris off my rocks with a turkey blaster every other day or so empty and clean my skimmer cup every 3-5 days. change the filter floss everyday. Clean the glass evrytime I get the chance to B-Ionic part1&2 everyday 1/2 cup reef solution everyday I feed my corals every 3 days with frozen mysis mixed with reef solution using a syringe I feed my percs Soft & moist Formula One Marine pellet with garlic. I can see maybe 2" of mine if I look hard, it blends into the black background Link to comment

ReefKing
Thanks guys! Kim, I was particularly looking for baby black percs. I want to be able to raise them from where they're small. They eat like pigs though, so they should grow fast within the next few months or so. Link to comment
