Does well anywhere in tank.

Some species seem not to ship well and may not readily adapt to a new environment. Once acclimated they are quite hardy. The most common colors seen are brown, yellow, whitish, and occasionally green. The green color morph is pictured below. These corals have an amazing growth rate.

Having frags of this coral in several different systems, under different lighting in each, had proven to be very interesting. Although it seems to grow equally well under all types of popular reef lighting it has really taken off under the metal halides.
