Lighting
Medium to High Light. T. reniformis (commonly called scroll coral) tends to need the higher end of the chart where T. peltata (commonly called Pagoda) needs more moderate light.
Aggressiveness
Very low. Place well away from aggressive neighbors.

Moderate to High.
Hardiness
Hardy, with T. peltata being very good for beginners.
Placement
Does well in most areas of the aquarium.
This species often slough's off the upper layer of tissue in order to remove any detritus build up. This is especially common in low current areas where detritus can more readily settle.
